Returns + REFUNDS


We do our very best to ensure that our customers are satisfied with our product and service.

In the event that any products delivered to you are damaged or faulty, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt where we will ask you to return the goods straight away. Shipping charges on returned orders are at the customer’s expense and we recommend recorded/tracked post as we will not be responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit. Postage will be refunded only if goods are faulty or an error has been made on our part.

Please note, however, that wallpaper and fabric (unless faulty) orders are non-refundable as they are cut specially for you. We suggest ordering swatches to avoid any confusion. Please check all fabrics and wallpaper rolls for any faults before cutting or hanging.

Products will be refunded or exchanged providing that they are in the same condition as when they left the studio, and that you have taken reasonable care to package goods accordingly to ensure their safe return to the studio. Unfortunately, post and packaging costs are non refundable and we are not held responsible for returns that do not reach us. Please send all refunds/exchanges back to:
